This Privacy Policy describes how Purrfect Auto Service #17, located in Lake Forest, CA ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our customer mobile app (the "App") to book and manage auto repair appointments. This App and this Privacy Policy relate only to the Lake Forest #17 location — not to any other Purrfect Auto Service location.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information directly from you when you create an account and use the App:

• Account information: first name, last name, and email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Phone number (optional): if you choose to add a phone number, we use it only to send you a one-time verification code by SMS to confirm the number belongs to you. Providing a phone number is optional.
• Vehicle information: make, model, year, trim, VIN, license plate, and color for vehicles you add to your account, used to schedule and track service appointments.
• Appointment information: requested services, scheduled dates/times, and appointment status/history.
• Push notification token: a device-specific identifier used solely to deliver appointment status and promotional notifications to your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

We do not collect your precise device location, and we do not collect payment card information through the App (no in-app payment processing is currently offered).

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To schedule, track, and communicate about your service appointments
• To send you appointment status updates and, if you opt in, promotional offers
• To verify your phone number by sending a one-time code via SMS, if you choose to add one
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate the App's underlying infrastructure (cloud hosting, authentication, push notification delivery, and text message (SMS) delivery), solely to provide the App's functionality, and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those services on our behalf.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you choose to add and verify a phone number, we send you a one-time verification code by SMS solely to confirm that the number belongs to you. These are transactional messages sent only when you request a code — we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

• Message frequency depends on how often you request a verification code.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account, vehicle, and appointment information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Your Choices

• You may update your name and email address from the App's Profile screen.
• You may delete vehicles you've added at any time from the App's Vehicles screen.
• You may disable push notifications at any time in your device's notification settings.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
